1 HANDFUL FRESH MINT LEAVES
1 ½ OZ. CHALONG BAY CINNAMON
SMALL ICE CUBES
2 OZ. SODA WATER
Method
DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
SLAP MINT LEAVES AND PLACE IN GLASS
MUDDLE GENTLY
ADD CINNAMON SYRUP, SQUEEZE LIME
POUR CHALONG BAY CINNAMON, THEN STIR
TOP UP WITH SMALL ICE CUBES
ADD SODA WATER, STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
