1 OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE AND WEDGES
3 PIECES FRESH PINEAPPLE
1 HANDFUL FRESH MINT LEAVES
1 ½ OZ. CHALONG BAY
SMALL ICE CUBES
1 ½ OZ. SODA WATER
Method
DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
ADD SUGAR AND PINEAPPLE, SQUEEZE LIME, THEN MUDDLE
SLAP MINT LEAVES AND PLACE IN GLASS
MUDDLE AGAIN GENTLY
POUR CHALONG BAY, THEN STIR
TOP UP WITH SMALL ICE CUBES
ADD SODA WATER, STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
