1 ½ OZ. CHALONG BAY
SMALL ICE CUBES
2 OZ. SODA WATER
Method
DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
ADD SUGAR AND FRESH LIME JUICE
SLAP MINT LEAVES AND PLACE IN GLASS
ADD GINGER AND LYCHEE
MUDDLE GENTLY
ADD LYCHEE WATER, CHALONG BAY, THEN STIR
TOP UP WITH SMALL ICE CUBES
ADD SODA WATER, STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
