3 SMALL SLICES RED CHILI WITHOUT SEEDS
1 HANDFUL FRESH MINT & SWEET BASIL LEAVES
2 OZ. CHALONG BAY
LARGE ICE CUBES

Method

IN A SHAKER:
SLAP MINT AND SWEET BASIL LEAVES, AND PLACE IN THE SHAKER
ADD CHILI, MUDDLE GENTLY
ADD LIME, SIMPLE SYRUP, AND CHALONG BAY
SHAKE WITH LARGE ICE CUBES
DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS WITHOUT ICE
