Ingredients

3 OZ. FRESH SUGARCANE JUICE
¾ OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE AND WEDGES
1 HANDFUL FRESH THAI SWEET BASIL LEAVES
1 ½ OZ. CHALONG BAY
SMALL ICE CUBES OR CRUSHED ICE
1 OZ. SODA WATER

Method

DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
SLAP THAI SWEET BASIL LEAVES AND PLACE IN GLASS
MUDDLE GENTLY
ADD SUGARCANE JUICE AND SQUEEZE LIME
POUR CHALONG BAY, THEN STIR
TOP UP WITH SMALL ICE CUBES
ADD SODA WATER
STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
