Ingredients

1 ½ TBS. FINE WHITE SUGAR
¾ OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE AND WEDGES
6 SLICES FRESH GINGER
2 MEDIUM-SIZED KAFFIR LIME LEAVES
1 ½ OZ. CHALONG BAY
SMALL ICE CUBES
3 OZ. SODA WATER

Method

DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
ADD SUGAR, SQUEEZE LIME
ADD GINGER SLICES
CUT KAFFIR LIME LEAVES IN TWO BY
REMOVING THE STEM
MUDDLE, POUR CHALONG BAY, THEN STIR WELL
TOP UP WITH SMALL ICE CUBES, ADD SODA WATER
STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
