Ingredients

1 ½ TBS. FINE WHITE SUGAR
1 OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE
8 SLICES GINGER
2 OZ. CHALONG BAY
CRUSHED ICE
1 RED CHILI

Method

DIRECTLY IN THE GLASS:
ADD SUGAR AND FRESH LIME JUICE
ADD GINGER SLICES
MUDDLE, POUR CHALONG BAY, THEN STIR
TOP UP WITH CRUSHED ICE
PRESS THE CHILI TO EXTRACT ITS OILS
BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE GLASS
STIR WELL, AND ENJOY!
